I am an experienced business consultant, entrepreneurial leader, assistant editor, writer, speaker and lecturer, and hold an MBA from the University of Liverpool.
My diverse theoretical and operational business background and enthusiastic style of communication allow me to work successfully with all levels of employees throughout a brought variety of companies and organizations.
Within management consulting I have specialized in developing, training and coaching sales teams, sales consultants and sales managers in both operational, tactical and strategic sales as well as the psychological aspects of the sales process such as communication skills, motivation, personality types, NLP, negotiation skills, dealing with conflicts, stress etc.
As a business owner I have more than 15 years of experience in crafting, developing and executing sales- and organizational strategies for entrepreneurial projects both domestic and abroad.
My entrepreneurial “drive” and strong communication skills has naturally led me to begin lecturing at Niels Brock- Copenhagen Business College.
This blog is meant as an inspiration in leadership, communication and sales and will discuss various subjects such as operational- & strategic sales, leadership & management, motivation and communication.
